1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 VIN 124379L518080 This Camaro is a project “semi-modified” restoration. The car has been taken down to bare metal and straightened and some body panel seams filled for a cleaner look. The paint is a metallic red with silver stripes which were applied by hand and finished with 4-5 coats of clear. The paint is really really nice. The interior carpet installed. the rest of interior still needs installation. We have seats, new trim panels, headliner. The engine is a non-numbers matching 327 6 speed standard transmission with posi-traction. The engine is wired and runs smooth. The car did run and was registered and driven prior to the project start. The original interior parts are still mostly intact and are included in the winning bidder’s offer. The floor pan has been modified to allow for late model seats from a 2006 Chevy Malibu. The original seats and rear bench are still intact and will also be included in the sale. This project needs to be finished by someone with a passion for seeing this iconic American muscle car back on the road and “enjoying life!” The winning bidder is responsible for transporting the car and all its parts.
