You are bidding on a 1970 Westfalia Bus. Runs great!, I was told the engine was rebuilt 2 summers ago but I have no paper work to prove that. OK, here is a list of the things that need attention. Rear hatch window was broken out, plexiglass is installed now, it is cracked and taped up. Rear Hatch button does not open from the outside The inside "Closet/Storage" on the rear inside passenger side is missing along with the drop down storage cabinet that hangs down in the rear. One headlight ring is missing, I have other but it's not installed. Cap on aiir tube on top of sink is broke and missing, Fuse holder mount under dash is missing., it is held up with wire ties and tape. Headlights and tail lights work, I have wiper blades but their not installed but work. I also have Org. VW emblen that goes on the front where spare tire is and one VW label that went on drivers side rear. Headliner has had moisture issues, mostly in front, Both seats are torn Some of the laminate wood on cupboards peeling up slightly, same with table top. Tear in sidewall under table and sidewall has attempted repair under rear drivers side window. Vinyl Floor has slight redesh stain thru out white squares, may be due to age??. Back seat folds down, has 120v inlet and outlet(Not Tested Yet!). Driver side Sun Visor is broke off. Comes with 2 cot's, One's a installed fold out cot and the other is loose, not sure where it goes , Org. Insect screen for rear hatch, Tires are in great shape,when I picked up the van the owner told me that the brakes did not work, I checked the fluid and it was low so I filled it up and tested it, I drove it home, It is losing Brake Fluid when it sits for awhile but I haven't found the leak as of this writing. I strongly suggest you have it towed or trailered until that is checked out!!!. If you decide to drive it you do so at your own risk!!!!!. Rust as far as I can tell is not bad, some around bottom front widow inside dash, Someone coated wheel wells, underside looks good. Org. radio is gone, cd player installed, Ingition key switch and key was replaced and not installed well but works fine. 2 notches where cut out of bumper for ladder is guess , still have the pieces that where cut out!. Someone cut a hole for a CB antenna on Divers side rear and a piece of air intake on the rear drivers side near where antenna hole was cut out. Slider door works fine, just a little nudge to the left and it pulls opens fine, windows work, a couple of wind wings lock and nobs are missing. Pass. side door lock missing. Top has been repainted but Pop up was taken out, rotted away but I have all the parts to reinstall new one (I saved old one to be used as a pattern). Looks like repaired "Spider" crack in windshield. Has Non Op on it now and Pink is clear. Check pictures cafefully before you bid, Ask if you have any questions.
