This Triumph thunderbird chopper has a 1953 motor and a 1957 swinging arm frame. The bike is titled as a 1953 model. As you can see it has been abused and abandoned, and will require time and care to be brought back to riding condition. The motor turns over easily with the kick start. I believe it has a Honda front end, but I am not sure. The rear wheel is a conical hub type used on 71-732 models. The steering head angle has been altered. There are not too many parts on this bike that are correct for the year model, it’s a chopper. However, this auction starts at $1 and there is no reserve.
