Up for your consideration today is a 1968 Chevy Camaro Convertible #'s match Freshly Rebuilt 327#'s Match Powerglide This car is just out of private collection and is up for sale to the highest bidder. The car is originally a Southern car, and the cars condition is a true testament to that statement. The car retains all it's original rust free floors and trunk pan. The car has a beautiful front and rear subframe with excellent torque boxes. The quarter panels were replaced when the car was painted some 15 years ago. The interior is white and is in great overall shape. The steering is power and the front end is completely rebuilt. The car has a 50 mile rebuild on the original drivetrain. The 327/210hp car has been hopped up to about 400 hp, thanks to ported heads, aggressive cam, torquer manifold, Jet hot coated Hooker Pro Comp Headers, ect. The original glide was also beefed up as well with blue clutches, ect. The underside of the car is just amazing, with no patchwork or rust. The engine compartment is well detailed and shows well. The convertible top is also brand new and is power. The car runs and drives very well with gobs of power. The paint is daily driver quality. The car is very straight and solid. There are touched up chips and scratches here and there. I see some evidence of filler on the drivers front fender. The car is a great looking and driving Camaro, the sound is just amazing.
