It starts up with pull rope but sometimes gets slack and have to mess with it i think the pull start needs adjusted. the electric start the starter just spins doesnt engage and can include the battery that i just bought 4 days ago if price is right. when running it smokes but it does run and drive. Also is included just received a few pages of the owners manual with maintenance and all there not in a book but in wonderful condition. Come on with offers these two the 3 wheeler and 4 wheeler i have forsale are also being sold locally getting way more offers locally but nothing worth my consideration yet no offers from ebay people yet i was just out riding it again for about 10 to 15 minutes cause dont want to do any damage to it with it smoking but making sure still starts and runs.
