2003 VW Volkswagen Jetta TDI Diesel wagon That nice photo that shows up first was taken last summer after if was freshly washed. The car is still in great shape overall, but it's currently in winter mode and looks a lot more… driven (as you can see from how grimey it looks in all the other photos). Those shots were taken after several days of snow and rain, so it's super dirty. I'll try and add some prettier photos, but In the meantime I wanted to get this listed as quickly and honestly as possible. This Jetta wagon is a 1 family 2 owner car that's been lovingly owned and meticulously maintained by two vw/diesel fanatics. Car has approximately 83,000 miles and has been off the road for 4 of it's last 10 winters here in Syracuse, New York. Diesel fuel additive has been added with nearly every tank up, and 8 remaining bottles of the additive will be included. Car is awesome on fuel and gets 40+ mpg. Transmission is an automatic. Always garaged. Clean title. No accidents. Never been smoked in. Overall the car is mechanically perfect and starts right away even on cold days (as long as you remember to let the glow plugs warm up like you're supposed to). Only the recommended synthetic oil has ever been used in it, and the oil has always been changed by VW. This one was made in Germany, not Mexico like most VW's of this generation. It has power locks and doors, and also the cold weather package (heated seats & side view mirrors). The timing belt has not yet been replaced, but will be due to be replaced at 100K miles (since this is a 2003). The original alloys have Goodyear tires that are in very good shape and should have several more years on them at least. Also included will be a set of excellent snow tires that are mounted on steel wheels. The snow tire wheels do have some rust, but work fine. The snow tires should have at least two or three seasons of life left in them. Aesthetically the car is in excellent shape. There's no rust and the car has been waxed at least once every year. There are a few minor dings and touch ups to the paint here and there, but overall it's in really great shape for being 10 years old. The interior is also in really good shape, with the exception of water stains to the seats. How water possibly could have stained the seats I have no idea, but I swear it's all from melted snow or spilled water bottles. Maybe the seats can be shampooed clean, but I've never tried. The upholstery is cloth and is gray in color. It has a high end aftermarket double din JVC KW-XR810 receiver that has bluetooth connectivity, a mic installed in the headliner for phone calls, a cd player, double usb inputs (one in glovebox and one on the face), and an 1/8" auxilary input. The colors on it perfectly match the red/blue stock dash lighting, but can also be programmed in whatever colors you prefer.
