All the mechanical and electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting automatic transmission has plenty of power from the 2.3L Turbo charged engine. There are no visible fluid leaks and the undercarriage is dry. The suspension works properly with no abnormal noises and the handling is good. The brakes bring this very nice sedan to a fast and quiet stop. The tires are in good shape with about 80-85% thread left. After an extensive test drive we can say that this 2002 Saab 9-5 runs great with no problems. All the mechanical and electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting automatic transmission has plenty of power from the 2.3L Turbo charged engine. There are no visible fluid leaks and the undercarriage is dry. The suspension works properly with no abnormal noises and the handling is good. The brakes bring this very nice sedan to a fast and quiet stop. The tires are in good shape with about 80-85% thread left. The exterior is in NICE condition and looks great in black. Overall the paint is in nice condition with a smooth and glossy surface and a mirror like shine. The overall condition of the body is very good with even body lines and smooth rust free panels. Under close inspection you will find some lite scratches and a few small dings/dents that are consistent for the year and miles of this vehicle, these minor imperfections do not take away from the overall nice condition of the vehicle. All the glass is free of chips or cracks. The wheels are in good condition with some small scratches. Judging by the overall exterior condition it was kept in good condition by the previous owner.
