I am selling my 1972 GMC C25 pickup. It is a 3/4 ton two wheel drive truck and is all numbers matching. It has a 4.1L inline 6 cylinder with a 4 speed transmission. Runs but doesn't drive- needs clutch work. Here is what I have done to it: New HEI Ignition- wires, spark plugs 100 amp 1 wire alternator New fuel pump New wiper switch New rear brakes, including brake lines and one rear emergency brake cable New glovebox insert, glovebox lock, ignition lock, and door locks (door locks not installed yet) New headlights and retainer rings New window cranks New muffler and hanger New rearview mirror New clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, pilot shaft bushing, and flywheel Other misc things except body work. I welded some broken panels and door hinges but have done zero body work or paint on this truck. This truck needs body work- lots of it. I installed a new clutch assembly and the clutch fork keeps popping out of place (I forgot to tighten the clutch fork pivot ball so the trans needs to come back out and this repair needs to be made). I am done working on this truck. I have a bad right shoulder and I am done working and playing for a while. Truck is sold as is no warranty. I will not ship or deliver. I have made the best description possible but it is a 40 year old truck and other things might be wrong that I am not aware of. I drove it every day prior to 12-10-12 when the clutch became too bad. It has a clear title and it is ready to go today. Truck will need to be towed or trailered away. I will full payment of CASH upon acceptance of the vehicle. Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of the close of the auction or it will be relisted. Good luck. Will sell a set of white spoke Summit Racing wheels, center caps, lug nuts and used tires for an additional $300 over what the selling price of the truck goes for.
