Vehicle Detail
Car is conservatively rated at 9/10 interior, exterior and mechanically. All maintenance is up to date. Paint is surprisingly strong. Interior just about perfect, no dash cracks. The car is clean and looks as new as a 27-year-old car can. Kept stored in the winter and kept under cover when not in use in the summer. Everything works fine, drives like new, and could be a daily driver. Maintenance: New pads and rotors less than 12k miles Timing belt 12k miles All filters (will include my spares) and all fluids: brake, steering, diff, and coolant Clutch measured ~50% worn Original owners manual, keys tools and many records/receipts HVAC system works fine All new vacuum lines, cleaned up the engine compartment, wiring looms, etc. No rust as far as I can tell, top or bottom New Audi battery (same dimensions and capacity as oem, the oem cover still fits) Modifications: SS brake lines Lindsey boost enhancer, shims and chips (have the original chips) Dansk SS muffler (basically oem equivalent but stainless steel) New CD player and speakers with USB input (the original will come with the car) 17” replica wheels (The oem phone dials will be included, all tires >80% rims are perfect) Halogen headlights Aftermarket floor mats Removed rear seat belts (will be included with all hardware) Put some HVAC filter gauze over the cabin air intakes to keep debris out (easily removed) Known faults: Rear hatch lock (electric release works) Clock LED is leaking (still functions) Couple of minor dings (dent doctor stuff) The car is a great example and it should really be seen to be appreciated. I’ve been over it with a fine-toothed comb. I’ve owned it for 4 years or so, previous owner about the same, before that the original owner who stored it for almost 15 years. The reason for the sale is that I don’t use it enough, have an RS4, which is a hard car NOT to drive and since I am so fanatical about upkeep, only want one car to deal with. I’ve disclosed as much as I know, so therefore offer no warranty, implied or otherwise, but am glad to answer any inquiries. The buyer is responsible for coordinating, and the cost of, shipping. Payment methods: PayPal (verified, deposit only), wire transfer or bank draft both from a bank the buyer has an account with. The car will not be released until funds clear. Buyer responsible for all associated taxes, fees, license, registration, etc.
