Vehicle Detail
THIS VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN KENTUCKY. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BIDDING. Description: You are bidding on one previously owned 1992 Ford Bronco. This Bronco was owned and turned in to us by the Kentucky Division of Housing. This is now considered Kentucky State Government Surplus Property. They have asked us to sell it for them on EBAY. VIN: 1FMEU15H3TLB61133 General: This Bronco is White in color and has Blue vinyl seats and Black vinyl floor mat throughout. There are only 186,659 miles on this SUV. It has the 5.8 Liter Gasoline V8 engine in it. The tires are 31x10.50/R15LT. There is a full size spare tire with this SUV. The wheel / tire jack is in the engine compartment on the passenger side, where it is supposed to be. The engine sounds good, and runs smoothly. I had it parked inside for about 4 days and when I moved it there were several drops of what appeared to be Transmission fluid on the ground. It seems to be strong running and starts right up. The Transmission seems to shift well. The Air conditioner does work and the heater works properly as it blows out where it should and gets plenty hot. The 4-Wheel Drive works well in each range. It has automatic hubs. It does not have manual lock-in/out hubs on the front axle. DRIVER SIDE: FENDER: No dents. Possibly some very light scratches or scuff marks. DRIVER DOOR: It sags just a little. Might be that it could use a new door hinge. It still operates just fine. A couple of small chips in the paint and several light scratches in the paint as well as a small ding in the door behind and below the key hole. There is possibly some residue from the removal of the KY emblems on the door. The rear view mirror on the door has a crack in the mirror surface from the top to the bottom. REAR QUARTER: This panel looks pretty good. Several light scratches. BACK END: TAILGATE: Overall, it looks pretty good. There is NO rust under the bottom and the top of the tailgate near the rear window; there are several chips in the paint and a small ding also. The rubber between the tailgate and the window is dry rotted and cracking. The rear window goes up and down with the dash switch but will only go ‘down’ with the keyed switch out back. The rest of the tailgate has only minor scratches. BUMPER: The Chrome looks to be in good shape and the Black pad on top of it if all there and in good shape also. The bumper does have a dent on the top of it on the Passenger’s side under the tail light. There is a receiver hitch and power hook-up for a ‘flat’ 4-way plug to plug in. There is the remainder of a bumper sticker on the chrome too. PASSENGER SIDE: REAR QUARTER: 2 dents directly forward of the bumper in the back, around the corner area, under the tail light. A few chips in the paint over the wheel well opening. There are only a few light scratches over the rest of the panel. PASSENGER DOOR: The door looks good. There may be some sticker residue from removal of the KY emblem. There could be some very light scratches too. FENDER: There are a couple of chips in the paint down low behind the front wheel. WHEELS: All four wheels need a good cleaning. Two or three of them could use repainting too. FRONT: HOOD: There are 4-5 chips in the paint near or on the front of the hood. There are some scratches and some scuff marks on the hood as well. The windshield wiper arms only have a little paint left on them. The arms have some surface rust over most of the arm area. GRILL: It looks to be all there except that it has some faded chrome and some is even worn off. BUMPER: It has an extended aftermarket Black bumper on the front made to conceal a winch inside it. There is NO WINCH. The bumper has some peeling and flaking paint. The whole bumper needs scraping and then repainted to get rid of the surface rust that is on a good portion of it. ROOF: There are the bases of three (3) antenna still mounted in/on the roof. As I washed it and rinsed it with a pressure washer, I noticed that there were several drops of water coming in and dripping near the interior light. FIBERGLASS REMOVEABLE TOP: It looks to be in good shape and appears to be all there. It gives the appearance of having never been removed. It does show signs of a little fading. INTERIOR: Black vinyl floor mat throughout the SUV. Blue bucket seats up front. The driver’s seat has some wear showing. It has seams coming loose and a tear in the vinyl along the seat bottom and the side is breaking down from entry and exit. The blue plastic cover on the entry side of seat, where it bends forward, that plastic piece sometimes comes off. I just snapped it back. There is a Blue bench seat in the rear that looks to be in good shape. The dash is Blue and Black. It is NOT cracked. In the dash is: switch for the rear window up/down, rear window defrost. Also in the dash is an AM/FM Stereo radio with display showing time or station. A/C and heater controls. MANUAL seats, mirrors, door locks and windows. The 4-Wheel Drive shifter is located in the floor. The hubs are ‘automatic’. There are NO MANUAL LOCKING HUBS. Someone has added an aftermarket console that has small storage area and a couple of cup holders. There is a full size spare tire but there is no tire jack. Be sure to look at the pictures. This vehicle was running while these pictures were being taken. We have tried to describe the things we see, big or small, important or irrelevant, so that you might get a better mental picture of this vehicle. We hope that this helps you “see” it. This is a nice looking Bronco. These vehicles are getting harder and harder to find in any condition. This one survived and is in good condition (for its age). They were a very sought after truck for years. This one needs a little time, a little money and a little TLC, and it will be a really nice Bronco again. It really runs well. I have had it up to about 55 MPH and it did great. I only drove it about 3 miles though. PLEASE INSPECT ALL PHOTOS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. Also, Please ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO ANY BIDDING. THANK YOU.
