British Heritage Certificate / Low ReserveBeautiful Restored California Car its entire life. Absolutely Beautiful British Sports Car. Was on the road till 1972 then sat in a garage in Fullerton Ca (near L.A.). This car has only spent 14 years on the road. May have 6000 orig miles or 106,000. 1950s plates and the car is registered and insured. Heritage Certificate. Five new tubes, four new tires.This MGA has the original wood floor pans and cockpit wood still in great condition. Engine completely rebuilt the engine with new pistons, camshaft, timing chain, valve job with hardened valve seats ( to run on unleaded gas) . You will find most people have not done the hardened valve seats. Rebuilt carbs. All hydraulics for brakes and clutch new. Body exterior was stripped to bare metal with new piping. The body and paint are not absolutely perfect with dings and some waviness. The fuel tank, pump and sender are new. New top, interior, and seats redone with all new padding. 2nd gear can be a little tricky ( common on MGAs). Updated to spin on filter ( have orig canister) and 1 12 volt battery. Many many more new or refreshed parts were installed. This Mga is running great and after a 40 year wait deserves some time on the road. I have only put 20 miles on in last month since finished so its up to you drive and enjoy. Bid to win. As is. New speedo and tachometer cables. New cam rod and crank bearings. New water pump and all water hoses. Hand crank in trunk. All fluids just changed. New wood steering wheel is beautiful.
