These were built for speed and muscle car lovers. I discovered this was the fastest American production vehicle from 0-100 in 1978....Obviously, that gas embargo was still alive and well back then. These came with a very robust 360 Police motor with a police cam, superflow heads, 4 BBL carb, bench seat and this one has the A/C that works! WORKING A/CPOWER BRAKESPOWER STEERINGBENCH SEATORIGINAL WOOD BED Condition wise, this one is very very original with all its original parts INCLUDING THE SNORKEL AIR CLEANER (I have it just forgot to take a photo of). This one is very solid with mostly 80% original paint. This one is very solid and can be retored to new with relitive ease. Mechanically, she runs like a dream. Very strong and ready to go. The mileage is hard to say. Odom says 50k and jusdging by interior and the ways she runs, it could be. The gentleman I bought her from thinks it as he owned it for 15 years and used it for around 5k miles. EVERYTHING WORKS! There is an after market radio and the original pile of ____ is long gone but getting a 1978 Dodge radio should be easy. The paint is still very shiney with plenty of little flaws and a some chipping on the lower forward flares. The body is very solid and very straight. This one has been lucky to been a Northwest truck. No salt damage. Overall, this is a very fine example and if you want to make her new again you will find her very cooporative.
