This is a non-smoking vehicle and is in excellent shape mechanically and has been serviced at Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz of Newport Beach since purchasing in 2003. All records and receipts of the vehicle maintenance have been kept. Vehicle has clear title and is registered in California through March of 2013. This vehicle has been a secondary car for cruising on the weekends in Southern California with no hard miles recorded on this vehicle. We are the second owner of this car and this California car has never seen snow. The car runs and drives beautifully and the transmission shifts silky smooth. Car has a hard top that has been in storage at the Fletcher Jones Dealership since we purchased the car and looks great. The hard-top was never used and is like new. Exterior paint is in fantastic shape with no major flaws or scratches. The following are the exterior disclosures: Right side of front bumper has a minor scratch and is missing a small panel in front spoilerRear driver-side quarter panel has a few small door dings. No paint missing is hard to see.The soft-top is in good shape with one minor tear in glass where the rear window eisen glass meets the soft top. Interior has some normal wear and tear that would be expected of a 13 year old vehicle. Carpet in interior is in great shape with no major stains and has been recently shampooed and detailed. All of the interior power options work perfectly and the AC blows ice cold. The following are the interior disclosures. Floor Mats may need replacing 3-4 inches of stitching have come undone on Drivers side leather seat. Easy to repair This vehicle has a great sounding stereo with a Bose 6 disc CD stereo in trunk. Vehicle also has the standard windscreen that came with the car. All original books, 2 keys fobs, first aid kit, spare and tools are present and the spare has never touched the ground.
