Vehicle Detail

What we have here is a very rare 1968 Dodge Dart post car, with a strong running 340 4 barrel, column shift, automatic. It does have the date correct steel crank 340 motor with 10:1 compression that runs really well. The car started off as a 6 cylinder A/C car, neither of which are in the car at this time. It is a very solid California car that is licensed and registered in the state of California. It is a very solid MOPAR that, as far as I know, has spent all it's life in California. The floor and frame rails are in great shape, and it does not look like it's been in any major wrecks. It does have the original black plates, which tells me that it's been in California since day 1. The car rolls on 15" Crager SS wheels with 4.5 inch bolt circles on the front and rear. The tires do have cracks on them, but it's good enough for a local commute. You're welcome to come by in San Diego and drive the car, just give me a call. It does have the power disc brakes up front, and the 8 3/4 rear end with 323 gears in it. This MOPAR is painted hot rod black, acrylic urethane, with a hardener. You can leave it as is and cruise it as a rat rod, or paint it the color of your choice. It started off as a yellow car. This is one of the lightest weight A-body Dodges, and you don't see too many 2 door post cars out there. This car is very unique and rare. It does have the GTS bubble hood with new inserts, in which I have invested $1,200 dollars alone. It also has new wipers at work, and a heater that does not. The speedometer needs something, it recently quit working on me. The interior is in really great shape, with new front and rear bench seats, new headliner, and a new dash cap. The door trim panels are in good shape. The car starts and cruises fine anywhere you want to go. With a new set of tires, I am confident that you can drive this car cross country. It does have the high performance exhaust manifolds with new exhaust systems and chrome tips. All of the chrome around the car is in decent shape, and the car is missing very little, if anything at all. All the windows are unscratched, and go up and down no problems. The seatbelts are all there. This is a 45 year old car that I am trying to describe to the best of my ability. It's not a perfect trailer queen show car, it is a driver. So if you want a very rare car with a low reserve, this is the car for you. It's not an East Coast rust bucket. Feel free to give me a call with any questions. My name is Paul, call me at (619) 206 2500. The car is for sale locally and could end early if sold. There is no official Buy it Now, but we will take offers. Bid with confidence. I do have other cars that I will be selling, trying to reduce my fleet.
