Vehicle Detail

Beautiful 1966 Chrysler 300 Series CoupeHi, I am putting my 1966 Chrysler 300 2 door hardtop coupe for sale due to storage issues. Rare sport coupe in gorgeous looking condition with only 15,670 miles showing on the odometer (believed to be original, but cannot guarantee - previous owner stated it was the original mileage). Beautiful high gloss black paint - only one repaint by previous owner, very nicely done and is almost unnoticeable. The bumpers, stainless trim, chrome, etc. are in near perfect condition. The trim is very straight and tight and looks great. There is some pitting on the pot metal on the driver side tail light surround - passenger side is fine and the lenses are in great condition. I have two spare tail light housings (surround and lens) that I will include with the car. The condition is similar, but spares are always good to have. The interior is complete and original (midnight blue - almost black), and is in excellent condition. The upholstery, liner, etc. and all chrome, stainless trimwork look great and near new. Open the door and its like entering a time capsule. The car has always been garaged and has no rust issues. It has a very well running engine which fires right up and a very smooth shifting transmission. Some restoration work (cosmetic and mechanical) was done by the previous owner (repaint previously mentioned), as well as setting up the engine and engine compartment to look and work as nicely as they do and also installing a performance exhaust system, which includes headers. The exhaust system sounds great and will bring a big grin to your face. The after market wheels (Cragar style) and new tires were also installed by the previous owner and provide an extra sporty look. Other custom touches by the previous owner include installing the tachometer(s), Edelbrock carburator and other performance enhancements. This gorgeous looking car still looks 100% original despite the small changes described. It is not perfect by any means, it is 47 years old after all, but it is a very, very nice, very tight, mid-60's muscle car with nothing to do but enjoy driving it, crusing and taking it to car shows and receiving well earned compliments - as I did! You will be pleased with this great looking, great running and sounding automobile. Attractively and competitvely priced, with a resonable reserve. Here's your chance to affordably aquire some MOPAR muscle! The car is sold as-is with a $500 deposit required immediately upon purchase via PayPal and the remainder of the balance due within 48 hours by Bank Wire transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and transportation costs to their location. Please feel free to e-mail with any questions. Thank you for looking!
