1988 f250 7.3 diesel,,, truck sat for 12 years i rescued it,, everything worked fine, till i changed the engine,, now the truck wont charge and wont start by key i did changed the battery solenoid thinking it would fix the charging problem it did not it only made starting by key a issue, i had to have missed wired it, , the battery solenoid contacts have to be jumped for it to start,, does start and does run an idles and does drive , i only drove it a little way ,,had it up to 65mph,, eng does smoke white oily smoke and clears a little up when warmed, ,, there is a little fuel leaking out exh manifold,, it does shake a little like its missing on a cylinder ...i had the head gaskets changed but not by a pro,,every thing works inside the truck except the ac ,,the ac is complete and has not been broken in to,,theres no rust,i there is alittle bang on the passenger door, i do have side mirror and hub caps a little pitting on top of hood,, new batterys , new starter, new atl, a complete spare eng that the heads are off,spare ac compressor and the line lines that go to fire wall, have a spare wiring harness to a 1990 its not complete,also have spare set of fuel injectors , there is damage to the fan blades on the spare engine when it fell off of the engine stand and it still on the ground now inside the storage room and will be your responsibilty to pick up eng and move it, extra belts an extra radiator all go along and all the misc spare part s for this truck that i have see pics.. ,,this truck is a little to much for me to handle with the diesel eng ,was going to keep it for a spare turck but bought a new one instead ,, there will be no reseved, truck should be towed, ill help load it thats far has i can go,, this truck is located in south atlanta off 285 easy access to highway,, ask any questions, paypal is good and so is cash, im not picky,,this is a used truck thats 24 years old i described it the best i can ,, tom
