VW Bus, 1974; Weekender/Camper; No pop-top, but large removable top-- (like large sunroof--about 3 feet by 2 1/2 feet--a great place to install a large sunroof--); Body is in remarkably good shape; sturdy roof rack for kayak, etc... Great fixer-upper or custom project. Engine is removed and inside van-- Cylinders and heads/pistons are in good shape, but it needs new exhaust/heat exchangers, and missing rear fan/cowling (lost in transit); Crank Case looks good, except it could use a new camshaft. The rear seat folds down into a bed, and there is a custom VW bucket seat in back facing to the rear. Table, but no sink, stove, or fridge; It would need a custom furnace also for colder weather. Some people are putting Mikuni diesel boat heaters in these for cold weather (British-made), which are safer than propane.
