1950 Chevy Model 4400 Long Bed “Advance Design” Truck. (Hidden Valley "Ranch Dressing" Style Truck!!) VIN: 2TKD2057. Manufactured in Tarrytown, NY April 1950 4400 model with 161 inch wheel base. Clear title expired in 2011. To be sold with bill of sale. Over the years I have only found 3 trucks like this one, that can be taken back to a true original condition. It is a Barn found survivor and honest farm truck. 6 Cyl Original 235 low pressure 'Stovebolt' engine (not the later 235 high pressure), 4400 Model (1.5 ton), in original 6 volt. Long flat bed, solid metal , 'safe' artillery rims, dually rears, Flat bed, Glass is intact, Windows slide smooth. This is a minimal work project for a great frame off restoration. The vehicle comes with manuals, many original spare parts, etc. It has a new NAPA 6 volt battery. I believe the starter died, so the vehicle sits as is. I have supplied a lot of photo's. If you need a photo of something specific let me know. Here locally everyone wants to strip it down to sell it for parts or "rat-rod" it. This old girl deserves better.
