1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport *** NO Reserve*** Up for sale is a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sport. The Wrangler comes equipped with the powerful 4.0 liter 6 cylinder engine and 5 speed manual transmission. The engine has 75,900 miles and runs smooth and responsive. In my opinion, the 4.0 liter engine is the best Jeep makes. The 5 speed transmission shift through all gears as it should and the clutch is nice and tight. Front pads have plenty of life in them and the jeep stops as it is suppose to. The Jeep comes with the hard door package and soft top. The soft top works fine, but is missing the rear zip-in window pieces, which easily can be ordered from several Jeep manufacturers. Although this Jeep is being sold with a NY State flood salvage title, the first thing I noticed when I picked up the Jeep from auction, was that water never got up to door. All major electrical components were functioning as they should including heat and AC, defroster, lighter, fog lights, AM/FM radio and Sound Bar. Jeep wasn’t started until all fluids were flushed including oil, oil filter, air filter changed and differential fluid checked and everything works as it should . The Jeep does have a new starter as old one was shot due to being under vehicle probably got wet or had moisture in it. Jeep frame is solid in all areas there are a couple of spots that have surface rust (see pictures) but, no holes or weak spots. Hood does have a small dent in it, visible in the pictures. Jeep front floors are solid.
