This 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis has it all. The previous owner was meticulous in keeping this vehicle on a routine maintenance schedule as well as routinely detailing the vehicle keeping a layer of wax on the exterior at all times. There are very little flaws around the exterior. There are no dents, rust, or prior collision damage. The paint is original. One minor imperfection as shown in the pics is a about an 8" long scratch on the top of the 1/4 panel next to the trunk lid, besides that, I noticed no other scratched or paint chips in which took away from the attractiveness of the Grand Marquis. The interior is just as nice as the outside with clean and stain free seats and carpets. Is safe to say this car was never smoked in. The rear seat is firm and plush which tells me it was barely sat. The dashboard is free from cracks, or any sun damage. All the power equipment has been tested and is working 100%. You will be pleased with the overall running of this Mercury as we were. The 4.6L V8 engine fires right to life at the click of the key with no hesitation at all, and idles just as nice. No oil leaks or smells from under the hood. The valve cover is dry as is underneath which shows no fluid leaks of any sort. The transmission shifts on point with no issues and is hardly noticeable when switching gears. The brakes stop the vehicle with no pulling or squeaking. All the tires are nice and meaty and will last through the winter and spring. The suspension handles nicely and there are no issues. All in all this is a super clean, well cared for, original, comfortable to drive 98 Mercury Marquis with only 56,000 original one owner miles. You will be more then pleased with this purchase. One minor imperfection as shown in the pics is a about an 8" long scratch on the top of the 1/4 panel next to the trunk lid, besides that, I noticed no other scratched or paint chips in which took away from the attractiveness of the Grand Marquis. The interior is just as nice as the outside with clean and stain free seats and carpets. Is safe to say this car was never smoked in. The rear seat is firm and plush which tells me it was barely sat. The dashboard is free from cracks, or any sun damage. All the power equipment has been tested and is working 100%. You will be pleased with the overall running of this Mercury as we were. The 4.6L V8 engine fires right to life at the click of the key with no hesitation at all, and idles just as nice. No oil leaks or smells from under the hood. The valve cover is dry as is underneath which shows no fluid leaks of any sort. The transmission shifts on point with no issues and is hardly noticeable when switching gears. The brakes stop the vehicle with no pulling or squeaking. All the tires are nice and meaty and will last through the winter and spring. The suspension handles nicely and there are no issues. All in all this is a super clean, well cared for, original, comfortable to drive 98 Mercury Marquis with only 56,000 original one owner miles. You will be more then pleased with this purchase. You will not find many as clean, original, and mechanically sound as this one. Bid with total utter confidence with no hesitation! Good luck and bid with aggression, you want this one!

Full payment is due within 3 days after auction has ended. After vehicle is paid in full, we will hold the vehicle up to 30 days at no additional charge.
