1997 Jeep Cherokee Sport 209,000 Miles Black exterior with nice gray cloth interior This Jeep is in VERY nice condition with only one owner. It has been a company used only by the owner since it was purchased. Always garage or carport kept and maintained regularly by company mechanic. It has not been used for any heavy loads or off-road use. Has been used for daily transportation. 8/2013 inspection stickers No body damage other than very minor scratches. No rust that I can find. Interior is in very good condition with little, if any signs of wear & tear. Very good acceleration & braking. Tires are in good condition. Probably about ½ of tread left. A/C works well Radio with CD player works well Trailer Hitch Sleeve with wiring Roof rack Gray trim on wheel wells and sides Issues: Fuel Gauge does not work all the time. Tracking the mileage is used to determine fuel consumption. The switch that requires the car to be in park when starting, on a rare occasion does not work properly (the car will not start). Our mechanic installed a push button switch that by-passes the faulty switch when needed. This is not a theft issue since the key still needs to be in the ignition and in the “on” position for the car to start. This was just much simpler than taking everything apart and replacing the faulty switch. There is hairline crack at the top of the windshield that comes down about 4”. The crack was sealed by a windshield repair company about 14 months ago and has not to spread at all. This has never been an inspection issue.
