A lady at Wal-Mart backed into it with a truck and the trailer hitch punched a 3 inch diameter square hole in the front bumper. The repair that was done looks great. I am very picky about my car and I was more than satisfied. Looks good as new to me. Other than this minor incident, the vehicle has never been wrecked. * All services have been performed by my local Honda dealer and Service manual has dealer stamps and record of all oil changes and routine maintenance done on vehicle. I am the second owner of this vehicle. I bought it at Findlay Honda in Flagstaff, Arizona back in March of 2011. It only had 11,000 miles when I purchased it. 2,000 miles on the odometer are from my cross country trip from Arizona back to Alabama. An interesting fact about this vehicle is that I have participated as a guest of Honda in two parade laps around Barber Motorsports Park before the Indy Car races for the past couple of years. Honda is the title sponsor of the race. Two famous race car drivers have ridden in this vehicle. Tacumah Sato in 2011 and Ryan Hunter-Reay, the current Indy Car Champion in 2012! As you can see from the VIN on this vehicle it was the 24th S2000 built in 2008. A friend of mine did a search on the VIN and told me that it is the 8th CR that was built and the 6th yellow one. which makes it very special. Hagerty's did an article a few years ago on cars projected to be collectible in the future and the CR was on their list. I have only seen two other CRs on the road in the past two years that I have owned the vehicle. They are extremely rare. Production numbers on the CR are lower than some Ferrari models. The future owner of this CR will have a unique ride indeed! I just replaced all four tires at the end of October. They are practically brand new. I believe I have put about a 1,000 miles on them.
