100% legal import to the US. Very recent US import. Title and registration in hand. Imported from Japan by a company with a reputation for hight quality Japanese imports (Outback Imports). This was produced for the Japanese domestic market. 4wd. Weighs ~ 1900kilos (2 tons) handles very well in the snow. Extremely rugged. Very heavy duty vehicle. Full leaf springs. This landcrusier was produced the replace the fj40/bj40 after the 40's were was discontinued. Very comfortable to drive. Body plates 1mm thicker than fj40's for added strength 139000 KMS (86300 miles). 3bII 4 cylinder engine built to last. H55F 5 speed transmission. Many 3b engines last 500k km's beofre a rebuild. Extensive service records from the last 6yrs of work done from right hand drive landcruiser specialty shop Always run with diesel conditioner. Fluids changed regularly. Compression test on 4 cylinders was 500,500,480,500 All brakes/ bearings/ front diff recently serviced and parts replaced where necessary Rocker glide undercoating/rust proof professionally done. The frame was totally washed out until the water ran clean. Dried out for days in a garage. Bolts removed where possible. Thoroughly brushed, cleaned and sprayed with rust treatment. Later its coated, after the coat dries its sealed. Bolts cleaned and put back. PTO winch looks brand new Fiberglass removable top. Windshield folds down. Extremely clean vehicle inside and out. 21-25 mpg depending on how you drive. All seals are in good shape considering the age of the vehicle. No seal leaks. Brand new Yokahama Geolandar ATS tires purchased Octover 2012. Mounted and balanced by Toyota delaler Right hand drive I get lots of looks with this rig. Its very fun to drive. Handles well at high speeds. I have never off roaded it and have always garaged it. Rocker panels have been replaced. Small amount of surface rust around the door frame. I have pulled the carpet in the front on the drivers side and passenger side and seen no rust, pulled the interior side panels and inspected the wheel well and seen no rust, the drivers side windshield frame where the door meets the frame has some surface rust I have treated the other side has none. I have pulled off the rear tail lights and re sealed them, on the right tail light very minor (quarter sized) surface rust has been scrubbed and treated. Rear doors have 1 inch squared surface rust around the hinge on the door frame which I have scrubbed and treated. No rust under the rear sliding window channel seal (which the window slides over) which is a very common place to see rust (on the steel drains). Had one small chip in the windshield sealed recently. No cracks or large chips The body work on the rear (accident) on the carfax I believe is a result of the rocker panels being replaced and the rear bumper being powder coated. I have looked inside the rear of the body behind the interior panels and see no dents or bondo work. Tachometer has started working sporadically but I can have this fixed before sale. This truck has had the wax/ clay bar treatment. All carpets and seats have been shampooed and cleaned. I am obtaining E-copies of 3 manuals for this rig: Toyota factory heavy duty chassis manual which covers absolutely everything but the engine, complete with specs for torquing bolts, very big 2 inches thick. I have found a local source for a full stainless steel bull bar which attaches to the front bumper which I can arrange purchase, pick up, and install if desired.
