Originally owner was entertainment executive in Beverly Hills CA ; then sold to his auto detailer. Impeccably maintained. Full inspection by W.I Simonson Mercedes Benz in Santa Monica CA in August 2012 -  defects uncovered were repaired including new front end bushings and ball joints, new rear brake lines,  coolant sensor new window switch, front end alignment and high-speed wheel rebalancing for a cost of $2000 in August 2012. Was shipped enclosed to the east coast 8/2012 Beautiful example of this iconic S-Class W126. Next to last year of production with a very rare color combination of Deep Navy Blue with coordinated dark blue lower cladding ( available only in 1990 and 1991 ); Interior is near flawless cream leather. Brand new set of Mercedes floor mats included. Newer Tires with less than 1000 miles. No dings, dents or rust. Original owner did have custom additional stereo cd with 10 disc changer with subwoofers installed. Head unit was placed in console and heated seat switches were relocated into wood-covered console under armrest. I have the original factory coin tray removed if buyer desires to return to stock appearance.  Flaws:  (1) vinyl material of interior b-pillars: passenger side is becoming loose and needs re-glueing, driver's side also loose has 1/2 tear by seatbelt, ( common on all w126 s-class ); VERY minor wear on driver seat bolster as shown. I looked at over 20 of these cars before buying this one. It is simply the most magnificent example I could find. You will not be disappointed. Drives like it looks and it looks brand new.
