Great Body Style Truck - Red 1998 F-150 Lariat super cab 2 wheel drive I have owned it for the last 10 years and believe I'm the second owner. Comes with hard top cover for the bed and a bed liner. Box on the Step-side is fiberglass. 5.4 Vortec V8 engine (that never used oil) with OD automatic transmission. Electric windows, mirrors, door locks and drivers seat, all working. Windows are tinted. Radio and all gauges are stock and working. Cruise control 4 Tires only have about 10,000 miles on them, purchased as a set from Tires Plus Truck comes with a frame mounted tow hitch, paint is showing normal signs of wear, see pics. Items to note, the truck has 252,000 miles, I've owned it since 2002 so most of them are my highway miles. The truck has leather interior but the front bucket seats have come apart, the drive more so than the passenger. The rear seats are in very good condition along with the rest on the interior. The engine has a miss in it. It runs and drives but lacks power pulling. I've had it looked at and we believe the intake manifold gasket leaks. The buy will have to make there best assessment as the truck is sold as is with no implied knowledge. The air conditioning was worked on a couple of years ago by the local tires plus. A couple parts were replaced and the orifice cleaned and it worked fine, now it appears the electric clutch on the front of the pump is burnt out. The rear end has made noise for the last 50,000 miles but works fine. The fiberglass box on the right side rear has a little damage from cutting a trailer too tight, see pics and the box on the left side rear was damaged when a tire blew, see pics. The Blue Book on this truck is between $4000 in fair to $5000 in excellent condition. Well worth putting some time into this truck!!
