1954 Desoto Powermaster Coupe. 3 Speed Manual on the column. Rear Wheel Drive. All new brakes including wheel cylinders, bearings and seals, master cylinder, brake shoes, all new brake lines with DOT 5 brake fluid. Original motor was removed and resealed from top to bottom with new timing chain & gears and valve adjustment. Dual carburetor intake with split exhaust manifolds. Auxiliary Moon oil filter housing with custom oil lines. Chrome single wire alternator and starter rebuilt. Electronic ignition upgrade from points and condenser type distributor being the car has been converted to negative ground 12 volt from the original positive ground 6 volt system. All new interior with micro fiber head liner, door panels and seat upholstery. Custom center console with pop out DVD player and back up camera. Front & rear bumpers, bumperettes, headlamp rings have been rechromed. 15" Chrome baby moons with radial wide white wall tires. New clutch assembly and resurfaced flywheel. Two Porter stainless steel pack mufflers included. Exhaust has NOT been installed so it's just open headers. Car runs great and buyer gets all the original parts including bias ply tires and rims, hub caps, intake & exhaust manifold, generator, distributor, brake parts and anything and everything that I replaced. Car has a Optima gel battery mounted underneath vehicle with master kill switch under the hood. Original brass radiator polished to shine. Car is being sold with many extras such as contact info for NOS parts vendors, owners manual, shop manual, etc. Unfortunately for me I wrecked my daily driver so I have to cut this car loose for A LOT cheaper than I have invested which is $14,500 not including my over 200 labor hours.
