We've got a 09 Honda CR-V EX-L ready to sell. When I say ready, I mean it has new tires, 4-wheel alingment, Oil Change, state inspection, full detail, & Patterson Honda Certified Inspection. This CR-V is a 1-Owner and has a clean history report. The previous owner updated to 2013 CR-V. She was a Pharmaceutical rep. You may ask why the high mileage? The previous owner put a lot of highway miles due to her career. We have both sets of keys along with the valet key and owners manual. The condition of this CR-V on a scale of 1-10 is a 9. What makes it a 9 and not a 10 is because a 10 is perfect. There were a few small paint knicks that we will be touching up. You have to really be looking in order to see them. I like to be as transparent as possible so there are no surprises at delivery. But again, you really have to look hard to see them and there's only a few. By the way, the wheels ARE a 10!
