All car needs is a timing chain and gears and water pump! Engine kicks over cranking but won't start up. Advance Auto has the timing chain and gears @ $69 and waterpump at $39. Find a good mechanic that will do the job cheaply for you and you got a nice car. If you wish to restore it, note this, I reupholstered the interior roof myself. The liner is glued but I put buttons with the same fabric to hold it up for years to come rather than have it fall again. So it's not stock looking due to the buttons. For someone that wants to restore a historic Cadi you will need to replace the two plastic fenders for $250 each on line. They are plastic and all cracked from body torque from the sideways engine mount twisting the body. One crack on the passenger side is about four inches, the drives side is about an inch. You will need to fix both door arm rests, repaint it and put on a new top as the top needs repair. This is a 22 year old car. So don't expect it to be mint for a $600 starting bid!
