1964 Imperial Convertible by Chrysler. Gorgeous factory colors, original white exterior and beautiful original correct blue leather interior. Matching convertible boot cover for when the top is down. Excellent clean original black convertible top, the top operates as new. This car has outstanding automotive design. Original drivetrain, big 413 V8 engine, push button automatic transmission. All works perfectly. The four matching radial tires are brand new. Steers straight and does ride beautifully. It has new mufflers and the entire exhaust system is in excellent condition. It is a dual exhaust system. The black convertible top appears to be the original, as it is fitted perfectly. The convertible blue boot fits nicely. Very very low starting bid for this World Class automobile. 1964 was perfection for this split grille design. Chrysler now had designer Elwood Engel who had been aclaimed for the new 1961 Lincoln Continental design. That is why some think this Imperial looks like a Lincoln Continental.
