Here is the ever popular Ford Excursion with the 7.3 Liter Powerstroke Diesel. We are listing this vehicle for an employee. He has asked us to facilitate this transaction on his behalf. This is the last year for the 7.3 diesel engine. The 7.3 diesel was one of the best engines ever produced. Vehicle: It is a 2003 Ford Diesel Excursion with the following options: Automatic transmission, four wheel drive, power heated front seats, leather interior, power windows, power door locks, power signal mirrors, power rear vent windows, alloy wheels, anti lock brakes, air bags, AM-FM-CD. The vehicle is completely stock. No modifications of any kind. Mechanical: The engine runs smooth and properly. The transmission shifts properly and the four wheel drive engages correctly. The truck drives smooth and straight down the highway.There are no fluid leaks. All power options operate correctly except the power mirror switch. It will need to be changed. The following mechanical work was performed in the last two months:A) Four rebuilt fuel injectors injectors, four new glow plugs, new valve cover gasket with wiring harness. This was done on the passenger side which is the difficult side to do. The drivers side injectors do not need to be replaced at present but will need replacement in the near future. Good news is the drivers side valve cover is very easy to take off.B) New Motorcraft high pressure fuel pump.C) Warn replacement front hubs to eliminate the troublesome factory hubsD) New BF Goodrich Radial TA'sE) Oil change, oil filter, and fuel filters were just done Exterior: The paint is in excellent condition. There are NO dents or rust. The paint holds a nice shine and is very presentable. There are a few minor scratches present. The paint is the original factory paint with the exception of the left front fender and the front bumper. The fender is still the original Ford fender, just repainted, and the front bumper was replaced. Interior: The leather interior is in excellent condition. No rips/tears/damage. Deposit: There is a $500 Pay Pal good faith deposit required to bid.. The purpose of the deposit is to show good faith on the part of the buyer. It is also to eliminate buyers who have no interest in completing the transaction. The deposit is fully refundable if you are not satisfied for any legitimate reason. Balance :The balance is due within seven days of the auction's close. Balance accepted via cash in person, certified funds, or bank checks. No personal/business checks are accepted. Pay Pal is only for the deposit unless you pay the transaction fee on the balance Price: We have priced this vehicle to sell at $11,900.00, which is more than reasonable. That is the exact value as shown in Galves Wholesale Price guide. If I quoted KBB, NADA, or some of the other price guides, the price would be thousands higher. Title: I have clear title in hand ready to be presented to the new owner. Shipping / Delivery: I can deliver the vehicle within a 200 miles radius for a fee. That fee will be based on fuel, tolls, distance, and time. Price works out to appox $1.50 - $2.00 per mile. It can also be delivered to local airports or train stations. I can also assist you with shipping arrangements. Naturally full payment is due before any shipping / delivery (exceptions are train stations or airports where you can pay in person).
