1985 Mercedes Benz 380 SL with only 24K ORIGINAL Miles !!! This 1985 Mercedes Benz 380 SL is truly a time warp car !!! The car has only 24k fair weather original miles since new,and this very well might be the best preserved 1985 SL 380 left on the planet !!!The car runs and drives like new, and the car was recently tuned up, and all of the vehicles fluids were replaced. The 3.8 Liter V8 motor runs like a Swiss watch and the automatic transmission shifts silky smooth. The vehicle tracks down the road straight as an arrow, and brakes are working perfectly. The car was used primarily as a weekend only car its entire life, and was garaged and covered at all times while not in use.The car is all original, right down to its flawless original wheels (not refinished) and its 27 year old Michelin tires !!! Yes this car still wears its original 27 year old tires !!! All of the vehicles power options work 100% and the AC blows ice cold, and the heat blow hot !!! The Becker Stereo performs flawlessly as well as the original Mercedes Benz OEM Hirshmann Antenna. The interior is in amazing conditions, as the burl wood is still bright clear and free of any cracks, as well as the dash pad. Leather is free of any cracks, scuffs or tears, and the carpets are like new !!! The gauges on the instrument cluster are still bright orange and not faded, just as they were in 1985 !!! The original Mercedes Benz Soft-Top is immaculate condition with no stains, rips, or tears and the windows are crystal clear !!!Hardtop is in equally pristine condition. The vehicles engine bay is exceptionally clean, and still wears its original factory markings and decals. All original books, first aid kit, original spare (never touched the ground), and even the original tools are present and have not been opened from the plastic bag issued by Mercedes Benz !!!
