Suzuki King Quad in need of a good home. It's been a beast, always ready to ride but it's not been babied. It has been maintained but not ridden like a trailer queen. Starts up, runs and idles, has the back up pull start as well as the electric starter. Don't let the 300cc engine size fool you, it'll get up and go, and try to climb anything you put in it's way. It took a nasty roll down a 40 foot embankment years ago, bending the racks a little but the plastics not all cracked up. Looks alot more used than the less than 800 miles since new would show. Hate to sell it but moving to a place with no place to store it and no place to ride. 4 wheel drive works as it should and it does have the differential lock (full posi) that will make it go through stuff that a machine twice it's displacement can't. It is due for a little TLC now. This summer it didn't quite make it through a pond that was calling it's name. She gave it a valient effort but failed and sat in the water for an hour or so until I could retrieve it. Now some of the electrical connections need to be cleaned and even though I drained the fluids and refilled, it should probably be done again. Sometimes as you go to start it the dash lights will go off, until you jiggle the wires by the battery, then they'll come back on and you can start it. Obviously a bad connection or some corrosion going on. Other not so fine points; seat cover becoming brittle in the cold weather, cracking up a bit. Handlebars and racks a little bent from its roll. Chunk of it's rear mud flap cracked out. Feels like it may need a new choke cable in the near future. Just trying to be as honest as possible, don't get me wrong though, this is a fine quad that has lots of life left, just needs some maintenance. Ask any questions before bidding.
