Avanti was purchased by me July of 2010. Funds expended to make car mechanically sound after long term storage. Interior is very good to excellent. It is a strong runner with two AOAI Nationals Meets and 4,000 plus miles driven with no problems last two years. It loves cruising at 80 MPH and returned a steady 27 MPG for both trips mostly highway driving. Car built in Youngstown Ohio and is a late number 72 out of the approximate 97 built. It has approximately 65,000 miles on the odometer. It is the best Avanti I've ever owned and a blast to drive. Car needs a new paint job, passenger side rear door lock repair, rear truck lock replacement (NOS parts included in sale), gas door release work, and chrome on all door handles pitted.
