I am selling my Rare 1969 Dodge Coronet R/T red on red with stripe delete and air condition (true gentlemans muscle car with aircondition (true gentlemansair condition (true gentlemans R?T with 146,406 miles on it. It reads 46,406. This is one of the only older collectors car I have owned that does not leak oil?? The car was originally purchased in southern California where it would stay for a few years. I was told in the mids 70's the car was sold to a friend of a friends dad here in Colorado where he drove it until the early 90's when he parked it. After a few years James the dad passed away and left the car to his son Dave and he let the car sit around many years as well. So I purchased the car from Dave a few years back and have enjoyed it and drove it to some cruise nights and day events. The car drives straight and smooth, starts right up and sounds great. Engine & Drive: This car has the matching numbers 440 engine with 375 horse power magnum with fender tag attached. Car has the 727 Tourquefligt transmission with counsel shift. (The transmission has less than 900 miles on the rebuild) I was told the engine has been rebuilt some time in the 90's but can not confirm it) the original airconditioner is still attached to the engine I was told it worked but never got to checking it out. I have over the last year replaced the master cylinder, fuel pump, and a new battery. Interior: The head liner looks new (its in that good of shape) The seats are in great shape as well, the carpet is in ok to good shape (just needs some cleaning up Vacume) Dash is in really good shape, except over to the left on drivers side there is a small crack which I will have a picture of. The vinal under the rear window has come up a little in the rear it just needs sprayed and glued. It has the original A.M. 8 track, there is also in the cousel a Aero Smith 8 track that can come with the car. Wood grain on the counsel is in ok shape but where it lifts up its peeling (they do sell replacment sticker for it easy to find). Lights, speedo, blinkers, brake lights work, winshield wipers. Body: Hood, doors, windows line up real nice. Windows go up and down smoothly, the paint job it a 10 footer looks great 10 foot away but up close it has faded and on the passenger side there is spots I will have a picture of. All original sheet metal the floor pans and underneath are real solid, the only problem underneath is the trunk pan I can stand up in it but if you were going to show the car you would replace it and repaint the car, you can see marbeling in the paint, rust bubbles under rear fenders very slight on wheel wells pics show them, rear trunk lock will need replaced but opens and closes real nice, this car had some rare attractions. Its a true Red on Red car, a R/T ordered with aircondition and Auto, as well as a Stripe delete car with 3D like R/T badges this car is 1 of a very few like this (i have not seen one like this yet) This car is 43 years old and is being sold as is no warranties.
