For Sale is a 1969 Plymouth Satellite turned into a Roadrunner. THe car was fully restored in December 2010 and I bought it in March 2011. It had approximately 200 miles on rebuild when I bought it and currently I've put 3000 miles on it. Everything was replaced, repainted or reconditioned during the restoration and the conversion to a Roadrunner was done at that time.It was painted in beautiful dark green metallic, high quality sikkens paint. It has the correct roadrunner decals, hood, steering wheel and horn. Also it has the upgraded suspension and the steering box was rebuilt for a tighter, more modern feel while driving. It is a 4 wheel manual drum brake car. the drivetrain is a 440 built to 1969 440 magnum specs (375 hp/490 TQ) with an edelbrock 750 cfm carb and classic CH4B aluminum intake.The transmission is a 727 3 speed automatic and it has a 3.55 sure grip rear end. It has working air conditioning and a pioneer cd player with mp3 input. It runs and drives like a new car. starts right up everytime and will take you anywhere.I know if I were to purchase a car on ebay i would be concerned with not being able to really check it out so I'm going to list in detail everything that is wrong with the car. Anything that is not listed works like new or is in excellent conditon to the best of my knowlege. The only notable problems with the car are as follows: BODY: There are small bubbles in the paint by the bottom front of the left rear wheel well opening. The key does not work for the door locks. It works for the trunk. Heat and A/C: The car puts out heat all the time i think it may just be a cable or vacuum selector needs adjusting but haven't had time to figure it out. Drivetrain: The transmission and rear end have small leaks. It'll leave a quarter sized drop from each if parked for a while. The drivers side exhaust flange leaks at the manifold. Electrical: The gas gauge and temp gauge quit working recently. I traced the probelm and believe the printed circuit board in the dash is bad. Also the right turn signal works but the light doesn't blink on the dash because the little plastic piece that holds the bulb is cracked.
