Vehicle Detail
This is a 1967 Cadillac Eldorado, the first year for front wheel drive. Don't let the corner lights fool you, it is a 67. I have owened this vehicle since 1998. I purchased it with 122k, it now has 128k thats 6000 miles in 14 years. The car has been in storage since I have owned it, except for the ocasional sunday drive. The previous owner made some modifications to the car. One being the front fender lights, in 1967 these were just block off plates. If you notice the front bumper still has the orignal turn signals. The second modification is the rear gas tank flap was removed. The gas tank filler tube is accesesed through the trunk. The final modification was that all badging, including the trunk key lock, have been removed. The trunk has a power release button located und the lower dash. The rest of the car is all original, or as original as can get with a 45 year old car. The original color was a dark grey, the car was painted gold in 2000. As you can see from the pictures it still looks great. This car is a real head turner, & draws a crowd were ever you drive it. There are some issues that should be adressed on the car. The front power seat does not work, and I have no clue as to why. The front seat also has some cracks, due to age, see pictures. The a/c does not blow cold, it could use a conversion to the new freon. The bumpers are showing fading, not pitting, but fading. The power windows all work, however the door windows are slow, due to age. The hidden headlights work fine, however they will droop after sitting for a while. If you have any other questions, or concerns please feel free to email me.
