This is a fair condition 1979 Datsun 280ZX Hatchback Coupe. It's original color was gold, but it has been painted a white/cream color. It has some rust, primarily in the rocker panels, but it is not showing through the paint. It has a straight in-line 6 cyclinder engine with a 5 speed manual trans. The engine and trans work good, as well as the clutch. It has a new battery, spark plugs, and oil and filter change. The engine doesn't smoke, knock, or miss, and the trans and clutch are smooth. The tires and mag wheels seem to be in good condition, with plenty of tread on the tires. The interior needs work. The dash pad has splits, the carpet is rough, but the seats and panels are good, with one rear inside panel missing. But it is clean inside. It has a radio, but it is not in the dash. This is a vehicle that is a project, ready for restoration. I bought it to restore, but just can't find the time. And my wife is insisting that I get it out of the driveway. This car has set for 5+ years, and it will need to be maintenced before driving on the highway. Things like the brakes, fluid, and hoses need checked or replaced. Priced to move, but buyer must make arrangements for pick-up by trailer or tow. A No Reserve Auction.
