This 1986 Ford F150 was purchased by me last year. I am the third owner of the truck, and personally know the previous two owners. The truck runs incredibly well, and I would not hesitate to drive this truck any distance. I regularly drive this truck to our lake house that is almost two hours north of town. It never has a problem making the trip and rides very comfortably. The interior of the truck is incredibly clean, and as you can tell, it has really been taken care of. There are no rips or tears and the headliner is in excellent condition. The power windows work well, the stereo sounds nice (JVC Detachable Face and Aftermarket Speakers) and the almost new tires handle the road well. Truck has a nice large tool box included. Recent work done to the truck: Transmission rebuilt with new torque converter 09/2011 New Alternator 10/2012 New Brakes - all four wheels 04/2012 Spark Plugs, Fuel Filter, Air Filter 06/2012 Tires 09/2011 Paperwork is in the truck for timing chain and some major engine work done at a very reputable shop in San Antonio about 3 years ago. The bad (There is not very much bad at all) Fuel Guage does not work and front and rear tank switch is not working ( Replacement switch included with purchase) Air Conditioning not functioning. Compressor worked, however, the high pressure switch needs to be replaced. This is as of last summer. Again, this is a great running truck. There is no body damage to the truck. All of the paint is in excellent condition for its age. This truck is easy on the eyes frequently receives compliments. Truck is for sale locally, and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. Of course, vehicle is being sold as-is.
