This 1947 Chevrolet Stylemaster sport coupe model 1227 still has original 216 motor, but no idea how many miles it's seen. Car still runs with 3 speed on the column, 12 volt system with new wiring harness. The only thing cut on this car is the dashboard to include a complete set of classic instruments that all work. There is no bondo, the car is all steel,the front and rear glass looks like its been replaced new seal around windows.The last owner told me he put alot of work into the car and it shows,new welting on fenders plus new bolt holding fenders on.Paint on car looks good a couple of nicks here and there but otherwise it looks good even close up. The motor leaks a little after sitting for a period of time but anythig that age with orignal engine going to leak.The car is currently sitting on new 15" tires and chrome wheels that were put on last month, but the original 16" rims and tires are included with it. You can easily go all original or all hotrod with this beauty. Headliner needs to be done but the old one is available as a pattern and new material is also included,rest of interior is done. I took this car in a trade and then on a 100 mile round trip run to check her out. No problems with the car, just a lot of thumbs up,just not my style of car.
