I have had this car for more than 6 years as a second owner; first owner also had it for personal use, but drove only 19,000 miles; so , basically this car has been under my personal use and care for the most part. It has been a very reliable, enjoyable, luxury car. But now I have bought a new car and am ready to sell off this one. It rides beautifully, as a typical Cadillac. These Sevilles are known for their luxury ride and luxury interior. MSRP when new was around $44,944 back in 2002 (the original Window Sticker will be included in this sale) The condition of the car is very good; has been my regular vehicle for the most part, and also promptly maintained and serviced professionally. Please realize that this is a used vehicle; well looked after and maintained at either the Cadillac Dealership, or two other ASE-Certified facilities for brakes and other small items. Therefore, I am not offering any warranties or guarantees of any kind- written, implied or explicit. Whoever buys this car will be impressed by the style and ride of this beautiful car. I am still, off and on, using the car around town; so, miles on car may change slightly. Sad to see it go. Luxurious and comfy as it might be, it is not needed here anymore. In early 2010, the Cadillac dealership replaced some engine gasket to take care of what then was a very very minor oil drip....now no leaks. As stated, all maintenance was done by certified ASE mechanics or Cadillac dealership. Exterior: The pictures will show that the exterior is beautiful; no dents; paint is very shiny as if new; lights are great Interior: The seats, leather, carpet and mats are in very good shape; pictures show you how nice it looks. The seats are truly a pleasure to sit in and drive or ride. Headliner is perfect. The dash cover plastic panel near the windshield has a segment near the defrost vent, driver side, that is slightly unglued from its main base but it causes no functional problem. Tires: BF Goodrich Advantage TA, 235 / 60 R 16 (60,000 mile tread life) Tread left is very good, these tires having been driven about 20,000 miles so far. Nice tires for highway speeds or around town, and quite decent for snow also Rims are original GM Cadillac, very good shape and clean Wheels have been through scheduled balance/rotation on same day as listing started Smooth ride with these wheels and tires Other: Three door + ignition Keys and one FOB Sound system and speakers work flawlessly...excellent quality Air filter replaced mid-summer; oil change service is upto date The ABS/Brake/Stability Control light comes on now. The mechanics tell me that it is likely caused by a faulty sensor on one of the four hubs (on the wheel shafts); the Brakes were inspected due to this; the brakes pads and rotors (all four) are in very good shape and brakes working fine. Airconditioner works well with very cool air; was checked by mechanic again at start of the just-passed summer. ................................................ The rear bumper guard (color matched to body) was replaced by dealership about two years back, after a corner ding against a parking lot pole; that is all that was needed then. On Nov-08-12 at 15:59:08 PST, seller added the following information: Sorry, something else forgotten. Since these have been non-recurring for me, I lost track. 1. Earlier this year, while driving I noticed that the cabin blower had not come on, even though the driver and passenger side temperature controls had been set. I pulled into a GMC dealership. The service manager came out, reached under glove compartment and gave a slap to the plastic panel near where the passenger knees would be, and the blower came on. He said this can happen, blower is fine, and if needed told me to do the same. This has occurred once since then, and so skipped my mind. 2. Later last year sometime, I noticed that the fuel gauge was not showing the same needle position before engine shutdown and after engine start up. This happened off and on for a while. The Cadillac dealership said that it might be a float that sometimes sticks. He suggested to just use the onboard fuel use computer display as it is always accurate anyway. Yes, it does. It is the full-width piece of red strip along the top edge of the trunk lid. The picture shown with rear lights was without the brake pedal pressed.
