This fun little car joined our family when she was pretty young (only 5,144 miles). We are an older couple that loves cars. Little Blue has spent it's life in a garage when it wasn't on the road. There is no rust I am aware of. She has always been fed the best premium fuel and synthetic oils. Smoking has never been allowed and the interior is in excellent condition. A bonus that comes with Little Blue is that she has a great sound system ... an Alpine IVA-W200 touchscreen stereo with upgraded speakers, bluetooth adapter for integrated hands free phone use, IPod adapter, and Blackbird navigation. The Blackbird navigation can be removed and used in another vehicle since all adapters and the window suction cup mount is included ... but in the Subaru it sits in a cradle under the passenger seat and is fully integrated into the IVA-W200. The tires are Bridgeton Potenza 55 series tires purchased from Costco which means the tires were rotated on a regular basis and filled with Nitrogen for more even tire wear. As you can see by the pictures, darker window tinting has also been installed that helps keep the interior cool and in good condition. Another plus is this car comes equiped with a factory 1 1/2" receiver hitch with wiring that is great for towing a light trailer or carrying bicycles. The only negatives I am aware of is there is a ripple in the right front fender that was the result of someone falling against the car. You can see it in the picture. The battery in the Blackbird navigation system does not hold a charge very long and needs to be replaced. The battery can easily be found on eBay for between ten to thirty dollars. She was involved in a minor accident about a year ago, but not even enough to deploy the air bags. All damaged parts were professionally replaced. The only other thing is the window tinting that was applied to the windows is coming a little loose along the back edge of the both front door windows so you might want to replace that. Little Blue recently passed the Missouri state safety inspection as well as emissions inspection with flying colors. This is really a fun little car to drive, pretty good on gas, and has been very reliable. This is a car a person who loves the art of driving can really enjoy.
