For sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2 + 2. This is an older restoration that does have many new parts and is in running condition. This car has manual brakes, windows and locks. The body is very solid but it is in need of body work due to many small dents and imperfections primarily on the hood and trunk lid. You could repair or replace these two panels and have a nice looking driver. All panels are very solid and have ZERO visible rust. We purchased this car with the intent to build it as a shop project, but we soon realized we just do not have the time to finish it like we wanted. The car is in running condition and could be driven as/is. Mechanically everything does function and the engine runs strong. The frame rails are in excellent condition. The interior is in good condition with zero tears or visible damage. This would be a perfect candidate for a quick body touch up and a fresh paint job! This mustang comes with a 302 cubic inch engine with performance upgrades. It has a Holley carb, K&N air filter, Holley street dominator aluminum intake, Mallory competition 9000 distributor, Mallory coil, headers, and a 9" rear end with 4:11 gears. It has a 4 speed manual transmission with new clutch, new KYB shocks, newer side exit exhaust and Cragar torque thrust wheels with newer tires . This is a VERY solid car. This car would be an excellent candidate for a quick body touch up and fresh paint job! We are a full custom shop and can assist the buyer with any detail of the full restoration/modification. You can buy the car as/is or have us build it into the car of your dreams before we ship it to you. We have already purchased all of the new Detroit Speed coil over suspension parts and mini tubs for this project that we have in stock and are selling in another auction.
