Vehicle Detail
*EDIT*: I have a clear title in my name, no liens whatsoever This is a project that I was working on over the years. I lost my garage and have no place to work on it anymore. The truck is tagged and inspected and runs fine. I recently replaced all fluids, carb, radiator, thermostat, plugs, door locks, and wires. The seats are in rough shape, but seat covers are on there now. The third/rear seat I do not have, it was in my way and I threw it away since they are so easy to find used and cheap. The interior is bedlined throughout and all gauges work. There are a few areas that are not completed totally: the instrument bezell is missing a few screws, but is intact and whole, there are a couple chrome door lock plates that are missing, but once again those are cheep and I never got to it. The off road lights are all installed and functional and are hookep up to a switch on the dash. The roof lights are installed using relays so the battery will not drain. I do not know if the ac works or not. I know the ac belt is not on there and was not on there when I got the k5. This was a project that I drove around maybe 50 miles a week, so I didnt even look at the ac. It was going to be the last thing I looked at. But for all I know, a belt could be all thats wrong. The suspension lift is 6" from rough country and has dual shocks on the front. The tire are super swampers that are 36/12.50/15 with aluminum wheels. One tire, I beleive, is starting to seperate a little bit, but I have driven on it for months with no problem. There is a slight raise in one of the nubs, which is why I believe it could be seperating in one spot. The exhaust is true dual glass packs, which are pretty loud but sound really good. All headlights, wipers, and turn signals work fine. There is a radio/tuner that I installed onto the center console. The previous radio was missing when I got the trck and they are pretty expensive. So I installed a tuner amplifier, like motortcycles have in it. All that means is that you get radio, usb drive to have songs on , and an aux jack to hook up to phone or iPod. The 4x4 currently doesn't work since my transfer case just broke. I was going to purchase a new one but don't have a garage or any place to install it, hence the reason I am selling. In all, I was going to replace the transfer case and do an axle swap and the truck would be perfect. There is nothing wrong with the current axles, but I was going to get one tons installed underneath it. As far as mileage, the odometer is around 48,000. No clue if thats original or if its 148. But the engine was in pretty good shape and I replaced anything I thought was going to need replaced in the future.
