This 1977 MG Midget convertible has a mear 21,253 original miles on her. She has been garaged her entire life, and driven only on the sunniest of summer days. She has a new battery, and new tires that still have the nubs on them. She comes with the original equipment from the showroom. The good news is she is ready for you to put in the key and drive her home. She's a blast to drive, and her 4 speed manual trans shifts smoothly and it feels like you're driving a true Brittish sports car. There are a few minor issues if you want it to be showroom new. The turn signal switch needs to be replaced. I see these on eBay for right around $50. The convertible top has a few holes. A new top can be had on eBay for about $300 for the good one. The convertible boot cover has a tear. These too are listed on eBay for under $100. The spare tire is missing. The jack is there, but the tire is missing. Go figure. Anyway a spare tire ranges widely in cost depending on what you're wanting for a spare. I never drove it in the rain, so I never replaced the top. I use hand signals when turning, so I never replaced the turn signal switch. Since it has new tires, I don't place a high priority on a spare. This car is 35 years old and has been driven an average of 607 miles per year. She's obviously not perfect, but she is rust free; accident free; a blast to drive, and will make SOMEBODY the perfect Christmas gift. What are you waiting for?.....
