Hey there! Up for sale is my restored 1979 Honda CB550 Cafe Racer. This beauty has all the classic style you could ask for, with the addition of modern technology and comfort. It is built on a '79 CB550 frame which has been professionally stripped and powdercoated. It has a new HID headlight, yes that's LED like in an Audi or BMW. It also has LED rear turn signals, and a cafe racer style brake light. Custom exhaust which sounds simply perfect, not super load but very nice. Custom upholstered supple black leather seat, and a matte green beautiful paint job with black Pinstriping on the tank and tail. It rides on new Pirelli tires, powdercoated original hub with stainless spokes, disc front brake, and upgraded shocks. I really think selling a bike like this should be a personal experience, it is unlike any bike you'll ever own and it TURNS HEADS everywhere. The guy who owned it before me had it up on his wall as art, so it needs a tune up. I am selling it because I am in the navy and a good friend of mine just got critically injured on his bike, so I really don't think riding is for me. But my loss is your gain! A note: the odometer does read 21k miles, but this engine is in great condition with many new OEM parts. The bike's registration was updated last week and is good in CA until may.
