Vehicle Detail
This is my 63 1/2 Ford Falcon sprint. Everything on the car is original and has not been molested aside from the addition of new front disc brakes, new dual exhaust, and a new rebuilt factory generator. The car has the original 260 v8 with 2 speed automatic transmission with low miles, everything works as it did from the factory including turn signals, wipers, heat and A/C. Since I have owned the car it has been driven daily and is very reliable. Drives very nice and smooth, stops great .. i have driven on more than one 2 hundred mile trips with no problems. the car was in gray primer when i bought it and i have been in the process of wet sanding it off to see what the condition the body was in. surprisingly it is very solid. in the future it will need rear lowers on the quarters. this winter if i have not sold the car i am going to install both toeboards which is common. the interior is complete but not anywhere near mint but is original to the car except for the tach is aftermarket. the glass is mint and front and rear side glass roll up and down great. i have all the trim and script for the car. the rear bumper has a dent. previous owner moved the radio antenna to the rear quarter. i lowered the frontend down 2 inches and added the steel wheels and new tires this summer. front wheels are 15x4 and rear are 15x6. people stop and ask me if i am going to paint it and i tell them no, i like the look of the flat paint and steel rims. If you happen to have anymore questions feel free to ask. thanks jon This past summer it won Best in Class Award at the Falcon Nationals here in Louisville in Diamond in the Rough Class. I truly love the car and it has never let me down I just dont have the room for it anymore. The car is for sale locally therefor I reserve the right to end auction early if it sells prior to the end of auction. Thanks and happy bidding
