I bought this MG over 2 years ago and have driven it 2500 miles locally to cruise-ins and fun-driving trips basically problem free. I did have to replace the fuel pump and clean the slave cylinder pushrod this summer. Other than that is has run problem free. It was repainted original color 1995 and the motor replaced with 1275cc 1971 engine rebuilt 2002. I do not have the paperwork for either but believe the previous owner was correct. As pictures will show it is still in very good condition with good top, tires, interior and exterior. There are some things could be done if you want perfect condition. The convertible top metal folding bracket needs one spot welded back and the temp gauge not working. Also heater was not working when I bought it and I did buy replacement parts from ebay but never installed them. I enjoyed the car just as it is. I am selling the car as is and you are welcome to come see and drive for yourself. I would recommend carb cleaning and tune-up. Car is in great shape for it's age.
