Selling a 1967 Mustang Convertible with original s-code body to match its stock 390 V8. I purchased the car in 1978 and have garage-stored it since. I am now 76 years old and don't see myself finishing it. This project car needs a lot of restoration. Its floors need to be replaced, and the body needs a lot of work, as well. It has the C6 transmission and 9-inch rear end. The car was driven home in 1978, but it has not been started since. The exhaust manifolds were replaced with headers, which interfered with the starter; thus, the starter is not bolted in, though I do have it and am including it with the car. Also, I have extra bumpers and trim strips for the grill which will be included with the car. The oil pan has a dent, and the dipstick is missing. The doors, hood and trunk lid open and close, lock and unlock. Please see attached pictures for door tag data and fender stamp. For clarity, this is not a GTA.
