1977 MGB 1 Owner Runs Well No Rust Good Condition Garage Kept. This is a wonderful old MG. I have owned it since it was brand new, I still have the original window decal from the factory. This car has no rust and runs well it could be used as a daily driver. It was professionally restored about 16 years ago all body panels and door skins where British Leyland parts not aftermarket. The top was replaced at the same time. The fuel tank was replaced 2 years ago along with the distributor and the exhaust system. It has a Weber 2bbl. and headers. This car since it was restored has been kept in a heated garage. It hasn't seen any bad weather since then either not even rain. We use to drive it on weekends in the summer but the last couple of years we just haven't had the time. I think last year we put 125 miles on the car. We feel that it is time for it to find a new home with someone that will use it like it should be used.This is a used car it is not a show car it has some minor garage dings and you will be buying it as such. There is no delivery of this car it is Local Pickup Only. If you are buying it and live a long way away from Dayton, Ohio this car hasn't been on a drive of over 50 miles in many years. The engine at present is running well however it does have 102,000 miles on it. It doesn't smoke and it doesn't leak but still it has a lot of miles on it. I have had many questions as to could I drive it to Kansas, Colorado, Florida, South Carolina. Yes, I suppose you could but I personally would not take it on a voyage like that right out of the box, but that's me. Please remember in the original post I stated I haven't driven it more then 50 miles at one time in many years. It hasn't been on a freeway in at least 16 years. The choice is yours but remember it is a 35 year old car and I don't warranty this vehicle.
