1974 Toyota Land Cruiser

Awesome project, 1974 fj 40 with a complete fiberglass body/fenders and Chevy LT1 V8. I purchased this truck from the original owner not running, he had done the body and engine swap about 12 years ago and drove it for some time after that. Eventually the fuel tank gave out and it sat for a bit until I purchased it, I have installed a complete new fuel system, tank, lines, pump, ext. and I don't have the time to tinker anymore. The engine swap was a purchased kit, not zip ties and duct tape, it has a custom harness to adapt the LT1 to the original Toyota harness but I think something is wrong with the ignition, it will not start. Good fuel, compression but no fire. The body is in nice shape with no cracks or breaks but the paint has faded into a sexy shade of pink, the top is rough, doors seem solid, tires are junk, steering and drive train seem solid but the brakes are tight from sitting. There is a soft spot under both rear spring perches that would eventually need repair, but the rest of the frame is solid. The truck has gobs of potential and lots of good parts but I have to many other things to work on and do not need another. Will not ship, will need to be trailered unless you want to get it running in my driveway. Fix it, part it out, take the V8 and plop it in yours, tons of options for you. Clean title ready to go.
